POPP Chains - Claim Your Chain is a mobile application available on iOS and Android, built using Flutter and integrated with Firebase and Google Analytics to provide users with an enhanced experience. The App allows users to create an account, scan and claim their POPP Chain via NFC technology and explore other available chains distributed by brands.

3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data, including Firebase and Google Analytics usage. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App remain the property of POPP SPACE, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our express permission.

The App may include third-party integrations, such as Firebase and Google Analytics. You acknowledge that their use is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, United States of America.
